A quick update on the Greyhound at Charcott, which is now
unexpectedly back on the market. Last week, owners, Enterprise Inns, put the
pub up for sale again, stating it was “unexpectedly re-available”.
The asking price of £360,000 seems a little steep; given the
pub has no garden and no car-park of its own. Full details can be found on licensed
property specialists Fleurets’ website.
The granting of ACV
status to the Greyhound, by Sevenoaks Council, which also occurred last week,
has of course, nothing to do with the pub’s “unexpected re-availability”!
