In the main I much prefer to pay someone to do the work for me, and this applies to decorating as well as construction type tasks. <br /><br />Last weekend I was beginning to think I ought to have got a handyman in to fix my shed roof, but this evening the lion’s share of the work is complete, leaving Mrs PBT’s and I free to head down to Pevensey tomorrow, for a meet-up with her brother and his girlfriend.<br /><br />There is a certain level of satisfaction that comes from completing a DIY project – but only if it goes well!
